AI for Health: A program for startups using AI technology for growth in the healthcare

AI for Health is a hybrid program dedicated to supporting high-potential startups using AI technology to grow and innovate responsibly in the healthcare and well-being industry.

Over three months of workshops, mentoring, and networking events, founders develop data-driven strategies for acquiring new customers and partnerships, innovate responsibly with emerging technologies, and expand to new markets.

The Google for Startups Growth Academy is another Google initiative to help startups solve some of the world’s important challenges with innovative technology. With AI for Health, the aim is to empower startups working in the field of healthcare with the knowledge, skills, and resources to leverage AI technology and drive innovation in the industry.

The three-month workshop which is also a hybrid program has a large opportunity net already cast for selected startups and founders.

• Equity-free: Three months of equity-free support, with access to Google products and resources.
• Mentorship: Technical consulting and one-on-one support from Google mentors and AI experts.
• Strategic Support on AI, company, and product strategy.
• Hands-on leadership training designed to improve management skills.
• Support from mentors and Google teams on new international opportunities, to expand your business to new markets.
• Networking Opportunities: Connect with VCs, industry leaders, and fellow founders. Also, become a part of the alumni network.
  

  Eligibility requirement

  • Startups must have had Seed to Series A funding and are looking to scale internationally.
  • Startups must be focused on leveraging AI to address health or well-being challenges.
  • Startups must have demonstrated traction, such as a clear track record of users and revenue.
  • Startups must have a scalable product or service, with both a significant total addressable market and a defensible growth model.

  Application started May 22 and would end July 10th. After the deadline in September, selected startups will have their founders interviewed for the next stage. The cohort starts in September, and the program kicks off in October until December, Graduation from the chroot will take place in the mid of December.
