Even though the promised-land is still far away, there are continuous developments across Africa that is building the foundation for the future. Ghana healthcare has received another boost towards effective healthcare management
Recently, MCN Foundation announced the launch of complete access to web-based healthcare education and skill building for two remote clinics in rural Ghana. MCN Foundation provides valuable online education and training to healthcare workers in very rural and disadvantaged communities. Its President and Founder; Amanda Valeur, said that “We are particularly proud of our free online resource centre. Participants in developing countries across the world can log in and find freely available training resources for healthcare professionals and para-professionals. We firmly believe that this valuable tool will directly and positively impact the quality of care in communities around the globe”
“By partnering with the Ghana Health Service, Klikor Health Centre and Akatsi District Hospital we have begun to use the educational materials and platform developed by MCN Learning with great enthusiasm,” Valeur added.
