Apollo Hospitals Group provide expertise in Ghana

Apollo Hospitals Group, Asia’s most trusted healthcare provider is in Ghana to share the experience of providing a better and efficient healthcare for patients.
Speaking at a presentation to stakeholders in the medical fraternity, Senior General Manager-Corporate Development Business Head, Africa, Dr. Harinder Singh Sidhu said “Apollo hospital group is in Ghana to partner some health facilities to help build capacity, by training doctors and nurses as well as offering consulting services to treatments that are not available in Ghana and are very expensive in Ghana and Europe.’’

According to him Apollo will launch a Telemedicine facility center in ‘Abenkyiman Hospital’ in Kumasi on Friday to provide access to the quality of consultants coming from India to provide free consultation to patients and also the expertise of specialist.

“Our international patient care staff provides personalised care and assist patients and their companion with a wide array of specialised services including scheduling of appointments, translator services, accommodation for patient and their companions, international cuisines, travel and tourism.’’ 

The Apollo International patient care programme offers vital services to the patients far away from their homes, friends and families. 

Apollo has an integrated health care delivery system with expertise in managing hospitals, clinics, hospital project consultancy, healthcare IT and internet based technology, telemedicine, education and training, home health care, pharmacy retailing and medical business process outsourcing.
