IIT Kharagpur students have developed a mobile phone application called ‘ClipOCam-Derma’, which can assist clinicians to perform fast and accurate diagnosis of skin cancers and ailments. Research scholar, Debdoot Sheet from the School of Medical Science and Technology at IIT Kharagpur led the development of the application.
This would be of great benefit to developing and Africa countries that are thriving to cope with increasing demand in their healthcare delivery.
